26 years of collaborative based experience as a broker, risk manager, risk management consultant, underwriter, business developer, client advocate, mentor, and team manager in the areas of risk framework development, risk and hazard quantification, identification and assessment, business continuity planning, risk transfer and retention, project management, training and presentation, and risk management strategy consulting.

I have significant experience in the design, development, implementation, and management of external (including insurance, reinsurance, and financial markets) and internal risk financing and alternative risk transfer structures. 

My work has benefited clients, sales, and service teams through crafted specialized solutions, increased share value, protected corporate assets and stakeholders, and enhanced cash flow to a broad spectrum of industries.

I also have significant experience in various operational and team responsibilities associated with the development, deployment, and management of regional, national, and international based strategies and solutions for multiple industries and diverse organizations. Specific duties have included: driving growth and profitability, strategy formation and execution, team development and management, education and training, development and deployment of industry best practices “tool kits”, and client based project management. Balanced score card metrics were developed to measure performance, client satisfaction, profitability, and service markers  measuring areas of progress; based on results scorecard strategies were developed, deployed and managed.

Over the past few years I have worked to develop a model called “Team Risk Management“.

Team Risk Management is a collaborative, open communication, participatory team based customer engagement framework designed to provide services and solutions that compliment and enrich customers’ organizational objectives by:
