Established the national casualty and risk management practice providing specialized expertise in casualty liability structures, brokerage, consultative risk financing and transfer and fundamental Enterprise Risk Management consulting to both middle market and national accounts.
- Developed and managed national practices for national casualty, risk financing, and alternative risk transfer: educated brokers, customers and clients throughout the U.S.
- Designed and developed the “Team Risk Management” process for collaborative customer service and team management.
- Working with the seven (7) member team developed prospects, managed, coordinated, and serviced customers throughout the U.S. providing service, solutions, training and support to local service teams and national practices.
- Developed, managed and serviced the national Captive Consulting Practice providing a centralized coordinated service, underwriting, policy drafting, placement, financial modeling, and optimization for single parent captives, micro captives, risk retention and risk purchasing groups.
- Served as national principle with the healthcare steering committee developing and implementing strategic plans and as the national managing director of healthcare risk financing he provided strategic operational risk management and risk financing services for hospitals, physicians, assisted living, long-term care and other healthcare organizations throughout the U.S.
- Developed and implemented: client service standards for accounts where revenue was $55,000 or greater, risk financing standards including customer education, broker placement criteria, and standardized product tool kits, a revenue model and standards for setting customer fees, model client service score card, stewardship report guidelines, and client service operational planning tools.
- Designed and deployed various proprietary internet based tools including: captive insurance company financial optimization, team communication, broking, risk quantification, risk identification, risk mapping, claim analytics, financial analysis, research and document storage and carrier financial standards analysis.
- Developed, trained, and participated with the CFO and financial team in the enterprise risk management strategy for HRH as required by S&P for publicly held non-financial organizations.
