- Established the risk management group for PMA Insurance in the Carolinas – directly solicited and wrote large regional companies previously controlled by national brokers.
- Developed, educated, and managed key broker relationships throughout the Carolinas and other states.
- Developed and marketed a workers’ compensation group self-insurance association for construction risks.
- Worked with underwriter to review submissions and finalize quotes.
