  • Client executive providing service, design, brokerage, risk financing and risk management solutions for major accounts including healthcare, retail, and construction. Developed and deployed coverage assessments, analytical tools, financial cost benefit analysis, and a tool for loss projection, reserve  requirements, and collateral analysis.
  • Managed day to day client service work, projects, and tasks for a multi-million book of business consisting of national street and road contractors, restaurants, furniture manufacturing, and healthcare.  Duties included contract analysis and review,  marketing and brokerage, coverage review, risk assessments, certificate of insurance, setting up client service calendar, developed project and task system for clients and service teams.
  • Developed James River Insurance Company Ltd., and Dominion Captive Services in Bermuda to provide an alternative risk financing vehicle for clients. Designed and developed analytical tools, marketing material, and prospect tool kits.
