- Lead workers’ compensation underwriter with a book of nearly 200 hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
- Provided underwriting oversight for a multi-state safety dividend plan for hospitals.
- Worked with regulators and actuaries to file and seek approved the second large deductible filing in Virginia in 1992.
- Developed four (4) group workers’ compensation self-insurance associations for various southeastern hospital associations.
- Managed the daily operations of the group self-insurance associations including underwriting, rating, policy issuance, endorsement requests, audits, reinsurance placements, etc.
